I am happy to repair any of my own creations! I will always replace chains for free if they break unexpectedly.
Once an order is placed, refunds or exchanges are not available. I apologize for any inconvenience. If there is an issue with your order, please contact me, and I will do my best to accommodate your needs.
If your jewelry gets damaged due to natural wear and tear within the first 30 days of receiving it, I will repair it free of charge.
After 30 days, we can discuss repairs for a small fee, depending on the extent of the damage.
Please note that I am not responsible for cracked or broken stones after you have received your jewelry. However, I am happy to help find a replacement stone, with costs applied accordingly.

For customers in the US and US territories, you can complete your purchase directly on my website.
All packages are shipped via USPS First Class. If you require faster shipping, contact me and I will send an invoice with the appropriate shipping cost.
Packages are taken to the post office within 2-4 days after your order is placed.
USPS shipping typically delivers within 3-4 business days.
If you would like your package to be insured, please contact me and I will send an invoice with the insurance cost.
For shipping through a service other than USPS, contact me in advance. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Once your package is shipped, the mailing service is responsible for it.
